My favourite shorts.

My AG Adriano Goldschmied jeans finally arrived today! They look incredible on, and they are the comfiest pair of jeans I own. Goodbye James Jeans, goodbye Current/Elliott, my AGs are going to officially replace you guys as my favourite denim from here on. Can’t wait to wear them out and build outfits around them!

I went to Proud Mary for brunch with my friend who’s visiting from Malaysia, and finally had the crispy pork belly sandwich! No picture sadly, but I finally understand why everyone who goes to Proud Mary orders that dish. It was sinful orgasmic heaven in my mouth.

Had a bit of a walk after brunch to burn off some of the pork belly, and we stumbled across a whole area in Collingwood/Brunswick full of wholesale warehouses. Managed to score some incredible accesories at amazing prices. WIN! \o/

The weather is absolutely lovely today! It’s finally starting to feel like summer is on the way. I’m normally a warm weather and sunshine kind of girl, but after today’s incredibly hot and humid weather, I’ve realised, there’s something to be said about cold weather too. Especially since right now I’m a fat dumpling with leftover winter flab.

Since summer’s finally on it’s way, I’d better shape up and gym my lazy fat ass hard. It’s so sad when I looked at myself in my shorts today and realised how much I miss covering up. Black is so slimming.

On the bright side, I’ve managed to learn how to contort my body into semi-slimming positions?

Old addictions can come back to haunt you.

I used to be completely obsessed with Rachel Bilson. I mean, how could you not? She’s cute, sweet and so tiny that you can’t help but love her. And her street style is awesome. The only problem is, she wears quite a lot of designer jeans. And they don’t come cheap, baby.

Back when I was doing my accounting internship, with nothing to do at night, I’d normally head to my favourite website in the whole world — SHOPBOP.COM! I’d live for the days where Shopbop would have a twenty percent off code so I could go and buy as many jeans as I wanted. My favourite brands would definitely be Current/Elliott and James Jeans. In fact, I’ve tried almost all the denim brands there are – Citizens of Humanity, Seven For All Mankind, Paige Premium Denim.. The list goes on.

That was almost two years ago, so I decided to update my denim collection thanks to Shopbop’s 20% off code! Yay to awesome bargains. Since RB swears by AG Adriano Goldschmied, I thought I’d try a pair of their denim leggings. Fingers crossed they look good on! Can’t wait for them to arrive.

Now, I’m off to the gym to try to make my legs as skinny as Rachel Bilson’s. It’s a work in progress.

It was a pretty gloomy day today, so I decided to experiment with mismatched prints and top it off with a classic trench. Totally regret not dressing more warmly, cause it was COLD out and I had to button and tie up my trench, which just made me look like a stalker. Or flasher. Either way, it was not the sort of look I was aiming for.

People of Melbourne, I am terribly sorry that I made some of you think that I was on my way to give a stripper-gram.

What I mean when I say my mouth is forever open like a noobcake.

What do you mean I look retarded? >:O

Sadly, my dearest readers, this is how I look like on a daily basis.

I remember when I was a little girl, my mouth was really always open, and it drove my mom CRAZY. She would always catch me staring at something (more often than not staring at food haha) with my mouth open, and I would get reprimanded. After constant daily reminders for years, I finally learnt how to walk around in public and consciously remind myself to keep my mouth closed.

At least, that’s what I thought.

I’m never ever letting my friends take candid pictures of me again. -______-

I keep hurting myself on my studded sneakers.

I know it sounds stupid and incredibly retarded, but seriously, sometimes I forget that I’m wearing the shoe equivalent of a porcupine, and so end up hurting myself some how. These babies are FIERCE. Literally.

A quick update on me, I’ve been applying for internships at Vogue UK, Net-A-Porter and Cleo Magazine. So far I’ve only gotten rejections (who the hell wants to hire an accounting student to work at a fashion magazine anyway?!), but fingers crossed that I wrote a good enough cover letter that will make NAP want me. It’d be a dream come true to work at my favourite guilty pleasures website.

By the way, if you can’t tell, I absolutely adore my latest pair of sneakers.
